Shipping Policy
All orders will be processed and posted within 3 business days. Delivery will depend on your postage option. We partner with Royalmail and delivery will follow their schedule.
Royalmail aims to deliver within 24-48 hours. However, these times are not guaranteed. On average these are the delivery times we've observed:
Tracked 24 - 1-2 days
Tracked 48 - 2-3 days
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to shop with confidence at HausClever. We believe in making the process simple and straightforward, ensuring that you can buy from us with complete peace of mind. If you are dissatisfied with an item or received a damaged one, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. We will work to resolve the issue promptly through replacement or offer a full refund. Item must be returned at your cost. Postage cost will be refunded upon inspection if item is found to be truly faulty.
